Pet Policy

Pet Policy
Pets must be approved by management and will be permitted in the apartment in accordance with the pet agreement in the lease and with approval from Pet Screening. A maximum of 2 pets (cat or dog) are permitted in each home. over 50lbs are approved for first floor apartments only.

Pet breed must be listed on the approved pet list. In addition, if a resident acquires a pet during the lease term, resident must obtain prior approval from the manager, pay the initial pet fee, and the additional pet rent. Pets should be leashed at all times. Residents are required to pick up after their pets. Failure to do so we result in a fine and revocation of pet privileges.

Breed Restricted List:

Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds.

Due at move in: pet fee of $500 (one-time).

(If existing resident, the pet fee is due prior to the addition of a pet)

Due monthly: $50 pet rent, per pet
